Beeks, a managed cloud computing and analytics provider for capital markets and financial services, has announced a partnership with BlueVoyant.

This collaboration allows Beeks’ IT team the resources to concentrate on critical security threats and offering financial services and capital markets participants high-level cyber security infrastructure.

The successful partnership with BlueVoyant, a renowned cybersecurity company specialising in illuminating, validating, and remediating risks, will enhance Beeks’ operational resilience and security with their Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR).

“Previously, we managed our SOC in-house, where we dealt with a large number of low-value alerts and shouldered substantial operational overhead. The collaboration with BlueVoyant alleviates this burden, allowing our IT team to concentrate on identifying and remediating the most critical cybersecurity threats while reducing data ingestion costs. By selecting BlueVoyant as our cyber security partner, we can leverage the strength of their skilled analysts and engineers, alongside their advanced threat research. In addition, with BlueVoyant’s advanced technology and machine learning play, we can drastically reduce the number of alerts our team are required to respond to, simplifying our technology stack.” says Oscar Neill, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Beeks Group.

Beeks Group CEO Gordon McArthur commented:

“Our shareholders, investors, and customers continuously ask me about cyber resilience — anything less than a secure platform could result in significant losses for our clients. Investing in cyber security is therefore a priority for us as we continue to scale globally at a tremendous rate. Working with BlueVoyant gives reassurance to our clients that we are offering them industry-leading cyber defence while maintaining their infrastructure and digital ecosystems. With our joint financial services pedigree and knowledge, partnering with BlueVoyant was an obvious choice to elevate the level of cyber security that we provide to our customers.”

This strategic collaboration positions Beeks Group to offer an industry-leading security solution in response to impending regulations, including the European Union’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) set to be enforced in January 2025.

The collaboration will not only ensure compliance with DORA but also accelerate the maturity of our solutions to meet emerging cybersecurity challenges across Beeks’s entire technology stack.
