The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) today issued a warning against 12 unauthorized investment firms.
These entities have not been granted an authorization for the provision of investment services and/or the performance of investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.
The warning concerns the following websites:
- cryplanet.com
- brokeroneltd.com
- nexotrades.com
- illuxor.net
- marketsac.com
- ufxone.com
- finquotesfinancial.work
- globaldibs.com
- successfulmarktplatform.com
- canolimited.com
- royalfxbank.com
- tradeoptfx.com
CySEC urges investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting business with investment firms, in order to check whether the entities are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
The Cypriot regulator has added numerous entities to the warning list recently. In November, CySEC warned against four unauthorized brokerages. In October, the regulator issued a warning against 16 unauthorized investment firms.
